PRICING GUIDE
A Chanteclaire Wedding involves 3 fees:
PER PERSON PRICE: $175 per person with a 125 person minimum.
This is an average for all food, staff and facility fees.
Increases in the average per person price can happen because of the following:
Additional appetizers increase the price by $2-$10 per person, per appetizer
Elaborate cake design increase the price by $1-$4 per person
Extra desserts increase the price by $4-$8 per person, per dessert
Other service styles (besides served buffet) can cost up to $3,000 extra
ONSITE LODGING: $1800.00 rental fee (plus 14% tax).
It is required that you rent that farmhouse and cabin, and is an integral part of letting you relax before, during, and after your event. Extra nights can be arranged based on availability
FLORALS FROM FARMHOUSE Fête: $2700 - $4000
Most couples spend between $2700 and $4000 on flowers. This can vary depending on choice of blooms, size of bridal party, number of reception tables etc. but $3000 is a good number to start with in your budgeting and will get you a beautiful wedding.
Gratuities for the wedding planner/coordinator, service staff, chef, and DJ are not included, and are at your discretion.
