THE LANE

FIRST IMPRESSIONS AND TIMELESS PHOTOS

Almost 200 years ago horses knew they were home when they turned into this lane. You still feel that — a sense of home, when you enter the grounds today.

Guests can feel the peacefulness of this place. It reassures and comforts them, opening their hearts for what is to come.

THE CEREMONY SITE

WHERE MISTY-EYED FRIENDS AND FAMILY ARE THE NORM, NOT THE EXCEPTION

As the lane ends, guests find themselves mingling with beverages in front of the barn. Soon they are invited down the path toward the pond. The ceremony is the first many unfolding experiences throughout the evening that keep guests surprised and engaged. With a backdrop of water and 100 acres of rolling hills, the ceremony scene inspires awe among guests, opening their hearts to the magnitude of the union taking place there.

THE SALON

WHERE SEPARATE LISTS OF FRIENDS AND FAMILY BLEND INTO ONE

Ten separate and very unique living areas line the sides of this 5000 sq. ft. open cocktail room. Filled with antiques from the late 1800s and early 1900s, the salon brings a dose of French glam to the American countryside. Every inch is a photo backdrop for your guests — the first hint that Chanteclaire is an experience for them too.

THE DINING ROOM

TAKE IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL

After cocktail hour guests are invited upstairs to the grand dining room. The room is a story of American determination — each hand-hewn beam an architectural gem. Chandeliers make the high ceiling sparkle, and music comes from every direction. Champagne bubbles fill glasses and the smell of dinner fill the air.

THE DANCE FLOOR

WHERE BOTH GRANDMA AND YOUR FRAT BROS GET DOWN AT THE SAME TIME

Once dinner is finished, and the cake is cut, it’s time to party. The DJ has spent the entire evening watching your guests and getting a feel for them. Starting with something generational to get everyone out on the dance floor (our favorite is September by Earth, Wind, & Fire), then they spend the rest of the evening moving through the decades, keeping everyone celebrating. Ending the dance party with a group singalong song that will leave everyone feeling like it was the best day of their lives too.

THE SILO BAR

UNLIKE ANY OTHER

The Silo’s transformation into a steampunk bar was internationally televised. We refer to it as “world famous”, and have received messages from all around the world from viewers who fell in love with it.

The bar itself is constructed of 200 year old oak threshing wood floors. The stained glass window panels and found-object chandelier are a perfect backdrop for photo ops on the hand-crafted spiral staircase.

THE BONFIRE

AN AFTER PARTY FOR THE AGES

Just because the party has ended at the barn, it doesn’t mean the day is over. While you and your guests were belting out the last song, our staff was lighting the bonfire and tiki torches. S’mores, your alcohol, and any other snacks you chose have made there way down and are ready for you and your guests. Some couples find that it is a great place to wind down and reminisce on the day, while for other couples its just another extension of the party.
